| | Speaking of Asian exocitism, I usually despise anything of the sort, but whenit comes to fashion, I can swallow it when designers only use traditional Asian attire as inspiration and not the actual garments themselves as fashion statements.
For example, the Asian detailing on this dress is reduced simply to the floral graphic on the side.

And on this A.F. Vandervorst dress, I can barely see the kimono sleeves.

I see a resemblance of a doji belt in this one. My only gripe is that the neckline is hella deep. Would make a cool trench, though.

Ok, now see, this is waaaaay too Asian for me to swallow. It's overkill. Plus, who would wear that?!

I just put this one up because the model looks like a dude. Actually, to be more specific, the model looks like a linebacker, although I do love Comme des Garcons.

Don't see the Japanese in this outfit at all. I am intrigued by the exaggerated lapels, though.

Love the pattern!

Getting close to being too Asian, but the colors kind of distract from that. This outfit looks totally fun!
